What it is like
Cala Arturo is an isolated bathing area in the municipality of Cartagena, located in the Espacio Natural Protegido del Parque de Calblanque. It extends for 80 metres and is 10 metres wide, with golden sand and a mountainous coastal frontage. The surroundings include vegetation and form part of a protected area with ZEPA and Site of Community Importance (SCI) designations. It can be reached on foot, by car or by boat; it also has parking, an interurban bus connection and access signage. The area also has lifeguard services, first aid and hazard signage.
