Playa de Balos is an extensive isolated beach of dark sand and rounded stones, 1,000 metres long and 12 metres wide, facing a semi-urban coast. Its elongated, narrow shape combines with a windy setting and moderate waves, while usual occupancy is low. Access is easy on foot or by car from the GC-100, with an interurban bus connection. The only beach service recorded is cleaning, a practical detail consistent with its limited facilities.
