About this river
Garganta de Los Caballeros identifies a river bathing area in Navalonguilla, in the province of Ávila. The gorge begins in the surroundings of the Western Massif of Gredos and is a tributary of the Tormes River. In some sections of the path running beside the watercourse there are pools intended for bathing. The place lies in a valley with meadows, reforested pinewoods and riverside vegetation, features defining the inland setting of this official bathing area.
