What it is like
Playa de Xuño is an isolated beach one kilometre long, formed by sand and rock in front of a wetland. Its low occupancy and lack of infrastructure and services maintain an open character, with vegetation and protection under the Natura 2000 Network. The usual conditions include strong swell and wind, while the seafront promenade runs along part of the surrounding area. Access on foot is easy from the C-550, although the interurban connection is 3 km away; cleaning is the only specific service highlighted.
