What it is like
Playa de Treumal is divided between Blanes and Lloret de Mar, with a stream marking the part corresponding to each municipality. Its 115-metre length and 30-metre width form a beach of coarse golden sand, enclosed before a mountainous frontage and surrounded by a landscape declared Paraje Natural de Interés Nacional. The setting combines a semi-urban character with vegetation, while usual waves are moderate. Access on foot is easy and it can also be reached by car or boat; there is parking for between 50 and 100 vehicles about 200 metres away.
