What it is like
Playa de Sa Font Salada forms a deep tongue of golden sand at the mouth of the Es Castellot torrent, a feature that defines its shape. It is an isolated beach 40 metres long and 30 metres wide, open before a mountain frontage and included in an ANEI. Occupancy is low and the waves are strong. It is reached on foot while following the coast, although the record also lists access by car; the walking route is considered difficult and there is an interurban bus connection.
