What it is like
Playa de Rego das Cargas is an isolated white-sand beach, 125 metres long and 20 metres wide, situated below a frontage of dunes with vegetation. Its most recognisable feature is its direct relationship with the port facilities of Aguiño, which occupy the immediate area despite the recorded low occupancy. The waters have moderate swell and the beach has a seafront promenade within a coastal setting maintained through cleaning. It can be easily accessed on foot or by car, with an interurban connection.
