Playa San Juan de La Canal is a semi-urban beach of golden sand, opening onto an urban frontage and protected within the Dunas de Liencres y Estuario del Pas ZEC. It measures 200 metres long and 50 metres wide, with a seafront promenade and vegetation; the waves are moderate and the setting windy. Occupancy is moderate. Access is easy on foot or by car via the CA-231, with fewer than 50 parking spaces, an interurban connection and basic services such as toilets and showers.
