What it is like
Playa San Andrés is 450 metres long and consists of sand and pebbles, whose quantity of aggregate varies according to currents and the time of year. Its dark sand, strong waves and semi-urban character form a stretch used by local residents and known for a series of waves suitable for surfing and bodyboarding, according to official observations. Access is on foot or by car from the GC-2, with an interurban bus connection. It has foot showers, food and drink establishments, a surf area and a cleaning service.
