Playa Ribeira Grande is a medium-sized beach within the urban area of Cabo de Cruz, but with low occupancy. The white-sand beach measures 330 metres long and 14 metres wide, has calm waters and is accompanied by a seafront promenade. Its proximity to the port of Cabo de Cruz helps identify the location and gives it a defined maritime character. Access is easy on foot or by car via the urban road, with interurban transport and basic bin and cleaning services.
