Playa Praia de Seiruga, also called Esteiro or Ceiruga, is an isolated beach between Punta Cherpa and Galicana, at the mouth of the Esteiro River. Its 400 metres of length and 45 metres of width combine golden sand and rock, in a mountain frontage within Red Natura 2000 and a Site of Community Importance (SCI). Occupancy is medium and the swell moderate; there is also a small adjacent beach. Access is by car via the Malpica-Ponteceso road, with parking and an interurban bus service. Practical facilities are limited to litter bins, cleaning and a nearby restaurant.
