Playa Malagueta is an urban bathing area in central Málaga, beside the Pablo Ruiz Picasso promenade. It is 1,200 metres long and 50 metres wide, with dark sand and an urban waterfront. The surroundings include a promenade and vegetation. Facilities include toilets, showers, foot-washing points, litter bins, a cleaning service, restaurants, hire of sun loungers and parasols, nautical hire, a sports area and a children's area.
