Playa del Masnou is identified with the surfers' corner of this area, an urban strip of golden sand reaching 1,100 metres in length and approximately 25 metres in width. It is semi-urban, with a seafront promenade and calm, though also windy, waters. It is easy to reach on foot via an underpass beside a large parking area, and the beach also has a pedestrian path. Practical facilities include accessibility for people with reduced mobility, assisted bathing, showers and food service, together with the surroundings of Port Masnou.
