Playa D'Ocata is an extensive beach 2,500 metres long and 133 metres wide, situated beside the urban area of El Masnou. Golden sand, high visitor numbers and the combination of a seafront promenade with an earth track define a broad, partly differentiated frontage. Its waters are calm, although windy conditions are also described, and the listing records nudist use and an anchorage area. Access is easy on foot, with an interurban bus and the Renfe station at Ocata. There are adapted toilets, showers, drinking water, food, a sports area and assisted bathing.
