What it is like
Playa del Gurugu is noted for the great width of its semi-urban beach, reaching 120 metres along 1,000 metres of coastline. Golden sand, the promenade and vegetation combine with moderate waves and high occupancy, beside the Puerto Deportivo de Castellón. Access is by car from the N-340, with more than 100 parking spaces and an urban bus service. Practical services include toilets, showers, catering, sun lounger and parasol hire and water-sports equipment.
