Playa de Heliopolis extends as an urban beach of golden sand for 2,750 metres, with an average width of 40 metres. It is a very busy frontage with calm waters and a promenade, arranged with sports facilities, water-sports services and a children’s area. Access is by car via the N-340, with more than 100 parking spaces and an interurban bus service. Everyday use is supported by toilets, showers, foot-washing facilities, catering, sun lounger, parasol and boat hire. There is also a space reserved for surfing, according to the entry.
