What it is like
Playa del Far is a small urban beach in Cullera, 70 metres long and 30 metres wide, located near the lighthouse that gives it its name. Its golden sand and moderately wavy waters form part of a restricted urban stretch within a protected natural area of Red Natura 2000. The listing identifies diving as a characteristic use. It is easily reached on foot or by car via the CV-502, with fewer than 50 parking spaces, an urban bus service, a promenade, toilets, showers and food and drink services.
