What it is like
Playa de La Porquerola is isolated and very extensive, extending for 2,600 metres along the coast of Mont-roig del Camp with an average width of 20 metres. The landscape combines sand and pebbles with vegetation, in surroundings classified as isolated although the coastal frontage is listed as semi-urban. Its waters usually have moderate waves and occupancy is low. Access is difficult on foot, but it can also be reached by boat; the reference roads are the N-340 and A-7. The offer is limited and specific: nautical hire, together with an interurban bus service.
