Playa de L'Estany Gelat, also known as Playa Larga, is defined by its large size and its isolation from urban areas. The golden-sand shore reaches 1,690 metres in length and 37 metres in width, on a semi-urban frontage accompanied by vegetation and protected for its natural values. Its waters usually have moderate waves. Access combines walking with arrival by boat, and the beach has water-sports equipment hire; the N-340 and the A-7 are approach references.
