What it is like
Playa de Beniesma forms a long urban strip measuring 1,300 metres, covered with rock and gravel and barely 10 metres wide. It is classified as an urban stretch with restrictions, has low visitor numbers and presents an isolated profile despite its urban setting. The mouth of the Belcaire river marks its northern boundary. It is easily reached on foot from the N-340. Facilities include showers, cleaning, and a lifeguard and first-aid service, a practical combination for a beach with limited facilities.
