Playa de Belcaire, also called Tamarit, stretches for 500 metres as an urban strip of rock and gravel only 10 metres wide. Its isolated character within an urban stretch with restrictions and its low visitor numbers contrast with the description of a beach unsuitable for bathing. The mouth of the Belcaire river marks its southern boundary. Access is by car from the N-340, with fewer than 50 parking spaces; among the listed facilities, it has only a cleaning service.
