Playa Cubelas is an urban beach 250 metres long, with an indicated average width of 20 metres, although it varies between 10 and 40 metres. White sand extends beside an urban frontage with a promenade and vegetation, and its waters have moderate waves. High visitor numbers are accompanied by a wide range of services, including an anchorage area and food outlets. It is easily reached on foot via the LU-142, with fewer than 50 parking spaces and an interurban bus.
