What it is like

Characteristics published by official sources

Playa Censo, also known as Playa de Benaluquete, is a semi-urban stretch of dark sand and gravel that underwent environmental regeneration. Its 500 metres of length and 50 metres of width are accompanied by a seafront promenade and cycle lane, in surroundings with vegetation and anchorage. Access is easy on foot or by car from the Autovía del Mediterráneo, although the car park has fewer than 50 spaces. The beach has adapted infrastructure, pergolas with awnings and wooden panels, as well as toilets and showers.
