Playa Cala de Las Piteras, also known as Rocío del Mar, is a small cove 100 metres long and 15 metres wide, formed by golden sand and rock. It is surrounded by rocks and Mediterranean vegetation, in an urban area with paths crossing the surroundings and linking the cove with other points. Its usual waters are calm and fishing is among the uses described. It is accessed on foot, with parking for fewer than 50 spaces, an urban bus service and toilets, foot-washing facilities and food services.
