Playa La Arena is a small urban beach of dark sand, 140 metres long and 40 metres wide. The seafront promenade, vegetation and anchorage accompany a highly frequented tourist frontage, with moderate swell and environmental protection. Its relationship with the port of Los Gigantes forms part of the described port surroundings. It is reached on foot or by car, with interurban transport. Practical facilities include toilets, showers, restaurants, sunbed and parasol hire, diving and adapted access.
