What it is like
Playa de Oza is an urban beach of fine sand south of the main port of A Coruña, at one of its ends, beside the Oza basin. Its 110-metre length and 25-metre width form a sheltered space, accompanied by a seafront promenade and vegetation; nearby are the Club Marítimo de Oza, boatyards, the filled-in former Lazareto beach and the Sanatorio de Oza. The port setting defines its immediate surroundings. It is easily reached on foot or by car from the N-VI, with parking for between 50 and 100 vehicles. It has toilets, showers, food and drink facilities and nautical equipment.
