Playa de Lourido is a small isolated beach on the slope of a hillside with dense vegetation, beside Punta Lourido and Punta de Armenteiro. Its sand and dark rock composition occupies 80 metres in length and 19 metres in width, with calm waters and low occupancy; at high tide, the beach surface is practically non-existent. Access on foot is difficult, or by boat, with the Mera-Sada road as a reference and an interurban bus 3 kilometres away. The record lists an anchorage area linked to Puerto Deportivo de Sada.
