What it is like
Playa de las Monjas is a small isolated beach near Puerto Naos, barely 50 metres long and 3 metres wide. The dark sand and rounded stones lie at the foot of a cliff within an area protected as Paisaje Protegido and Biosphere Reserve. Medium occupancy and moderate waves complete this very compact site, where the listing also records the possibility of nudism. Access is easy on foot and there is a cleaning service; interurban transport serves the surrounding area.
