What it is like
Playa de la Corvera is an isolated beach measuring 250 metres long and 20 metres wide, made up of rounded stones and enclosed beneath cliffs. Its vegetated setting belongs to the Paisaje Protegido de la Costa Occidental and is also designated as a Special Protection Area for Birds (SPA) and a Site of Community Importance (SCI). Low visitor numbers and strong surf reinforce its remote character. Access on foot from the N-632 is difficult, with no recorded beach services; the reference port is Club Náutico Cudillero.
