What it is like
Els Arenals is an extensive isolated beach of golden sand, 2,800 metres long and 30 metres wide. Its semi-urban frontage combines dunes, vegetation and protection as an Área Natural de Especial Interés, while the waters are calm and there is an anchorage. Despite its natural character, occupancy is recorded as high. Access is easy on foot or by car via the PM-820, with parking and an interurban connection; it also offers toilets, hire of sun loungers, parasols and nautical equipment, as well as diving services.
