Cala del Palangre, also called Tamarit, is a small urban beach of sand and rock, only 50 metres long and 5 metres wide. Its waters are calm and occupancy is medium; nearby there is a rocky area much visited for fishing, the feature that most distinguishes it. Access is easy on foot or by car, with an urban bus connection. Its specific facilities include foot showers, cleaning and litter bins, alongside the seafront promenade.
