Vegetation and its inclusion in Natural Habitats of Community Interest provide the environmental framework, while strong waves make bathing conditions unfavourable according to the entry. Occupancy is medium. Access on foot is difficult, although there is parking and a bus beside the TF-42; the Centro de Salud de Icod de los Vinos is 1,500 metres away.
