What it is like
Playa del Bonito, also known as El Rincón, is an isolated beach in Arico whose name refers to the ravine that flows into it and the surrounding landscape. It extends for about 180 metres between rock and gravel, in front of a mountainous landscape and within an area of Natural Habitats of Community interest, with vegetation present. It is reached on foot and access is difficult, via a long walk that contributes to its low visitor numbers. As a practical reference, interurban route 115 serves the area, although the beach has no infrastructure.
