What it is like
Playa de Cap Marti, also known as La Almadrava and Cala Sardinera, is an isolated beach of pebbles and gravel in the protected natural surroundings of the Natura 2000 Network. It stretches for 450 metres but is only 8 metres wide, with vegetation, an anchorage area and calm waters. Access on foot is difficult, although it can also be reached by sea, and there is an interurban bus service. The listing also records a diving service and the name Sardinera as a name recognised by the Ayuntamiento de Jávea.
