What it is like
Cala del Sarchal is recognised by the impressive cliff that frames it and by its views over the southern bay of Ceuta and Morocco. It is an isolated beach of dark sand and gravel, with vegetation, measuring 250 metres long and barely 10 metres wide. Its waters have moderate waves and occupancy is low. Access is easy on foot, with an urban bus service from the N-352 road; as a practical facility, it has a cleaning service.
