Its strip of white sand reaches 800 metres in length and 15 metres in width, with calm waters, vegetation and a semi-urban setting. Moderate occupancy fits its character as a frequently visited beach, while it retains a broad coastal scale. It is easily reached on foot or by car via the CC-550; there is parking for fewer than 50 spaces and an interurban bus.
