What it is like
Playa de As Mirandas, also known as La Barrosa, has a seabed alternating between rock and dark sand in an isolated cliffside stretch. Its 120-metre length and 15-metre width, together with vegetation and usually low occupancy, form an open, lightly urbanised beach where nudism is also permitted. Access is easy on foot from the CP-0402, via recently constructed descents to the beaches. Litter bins are the service indicated for visitors.
