What it is like
Playa de Troya, also called Las Américas, is an urban beach of dark sand measuring 400 metres long and 55 metres wide. Its surroundings are completely linked to the tourist centre, with a seafront promenade and hotel infrastructure, while calm waters and high use complete its profile. Access is easy on foot or by car, and there is also an interurban connection via route 467. Showers, toilets, hire of sun loungers and parasols, food services and nautical equipment hire are concentrated along the beachfront.
