What it is like
Playa de Sa Caleta is a small beach of coarse golden sand, protected by rocks topped by a medieval castle. It is 100 metres long and 25 metres wide, with a mountainous frontage, vegetation, a seafront promenade and moderate swell. It also serves as a haul-out area for pleasure boats, whose presence forms part of its configuration. It can be reached on foot, by car or by boat; parking is 150 metres away, beside Lloret beach.
