What it is like
Playa de Renegà occupies a small protected natural stretch on the coast of Oropesa del Mar, with vegetation and a coastline of special environmental value. The beach extends for 600 metres but is only 10 metres wide, combining golden sand and gravel with usually moderate waves. Its isolated character and low occupancy remain alongside a general absence of facilities for the public. Access is by car via the N-340, with more than 100 parking spaces; a diving service is also listed.
