Playa de Rego Dos Coiros is a small south-facing cove forming part of Playa Ariño. Its 100 metres in length and 40 metres in width are covered by white sand, in an isolated setting of mountains and vegetation. The beach is well sheltered from the wind and has calm waters, according to the available description. Access is by car from the AC-432, and the RC-1 hiking route, Ruta da Insua, passes by the access points to the beach.
