What it is like
Playa Mistral is a beach on La Manga del Mar Menor measuring 300 metres long and barely 10 metres wide, formed by golden sand. Although the description presents it as urban, the coastal frontage is listed as wetland, a distinctive landscape feature of this stretch with calm waters and medium occupancy. The anchorage area and facilities include toilets, foot-washing points, litter bins, cleaning and a tourist office. It is easily reached on foot or by car, with fewer than 50 parking spaces and an urban bus service.
