What it is like
Playa La Mamola is an urban beach 1,540 metres long and 30 metres wide, belonging to the municipalities of Polopos and Sorvilán. Dark sand and calm waters form an urban frontage with a promenade, where hospitality establishments, bathing services and a children's area are concentrated. Its coastal character is reinforced by anchorage and the proximity of a campsite. It is easily reached on foot or by car via the N-340, with more than 100 parking spaces and a nearby interurban bus.
