Playa La Carihuela is an extensive urban beach of dark sand, measuring 2,100 metres in length and 30 metres in width. The seafront promenade and vegetation accompany an urban frontage with moderate waves, high visitor numbers and a family-friendly atmosphere. The indicated access is easy on foot via the CN-340, with parking for more than 100 spaces and an interurban connection. Facilities include toilets, showers, foot-washing points, food, sunbed and parasol hire, boating services and a children’s playground, as well as anchorage.
