Playa Gures retains an isolated character among white sand and pebbles, on a beach 350 metres long and 25 metres wide. The mountainous frontage, vegetation and protection as a Site of Community Importance (SCI) accompany its calm waters and low occupancy. The somewhat difficult access, expressly noted in the details, helps explain why it is little frequented. It is reached on foot via a difficult route, with an interurban bus connection; the cleaning service and proximity of the Puerto Deportivo de Corcubión complete the practical information.
