Playa Garrucha is an urban beach of golden sand, 702 metres long and 27 metres wide. Its calm waters, seafront promenade and vegetation form a highly occupied frontage beside the marina, with easy access on foot or by car. Access includes an adapted entrance, an interurban bus service and parking for more than 100 vehicles. Toilets, showers, foot-washing facilities, catering, nautical equipment hire, a yacht club, a sports area and a children’s playground provide extensive facilities.
