What it is like
Playa Las Galletas is sheltered by the harbour breakwater, a configuration associated with its calm waters. Its 320-metre length and 27-metre width combine dark sand and gravel along an urban frontage with a seafront promenade and medium occupancy. The harbour provides anchorage, a yacht club and diving activities, while catering and showers complete the services. It can be reached on foot or by car, with parking for between 50 and 100 vehicles and an interurban bus service on route 470.
