What it is like
Playa del Saler lies in the heart of Parque Natural de la Albufera, where the dunes protect the beach from the westerly winds. The fine golden beach reaches 2,700 metres in length and 35 metres in width, with protected vegetation, a semi-urban coast and moderate waves. It is easily reached on foot or by car via the CV-500, with more than 100 parking spaces and an interurban bus service. There are adapted toilets, showers, food and drink establishments, parasol and sun-lounger hire and a surfing area.
