Playa del Portet, also known as El Portet de Moraira, is an urban, narrow beach of pale sand, 280 metres long and only 10 metres wide. Its calm waters and anchorage form part of an urban stretch with restrictions, included in a protected natural area. Routes towards the Cap d'Or watchtower, its plant micro-reserve and the coastal viewpoints begin here. It is easily reached on foot or by car via the Portet to Moraira road, with parking for between 50 and 100 vehicles, toilets, catering and nautical equipment hire.
