Playa del Francàs offers an urban stretch of fine golden sand, 1,125 metres long and 30 metres wide. Its semi-urban frontage combines a promenade, vegetation and calm waters within a marine reserve. The beach continues alongside the neighbouring municipality of Roda de Barà, where there is another beach with the same name. It is easily reached on foot, by car or by boat, with parking for between 50 and 100 vehicles and showers, catering and adapted toilets.
